The Ceratizit Green Factory is a unique project in Bulgaria, a successfully reconstructed industrial space located next to the Yantra River. The project applied principles of maximum natural lighting and ventilation, as well as a close connection with the surrounding environment.
The New building for the elementary grades at the 145th School "Simeon Radev" is a revolutionary solution for an educational environment. The space is open, without partitions, with maximum visual connection between the rooms and universal accessibility. The central Forum serves as a living room for meetings and play, creating a healthy, naturally ventilated and lit environment for happy, joyful and learning children.
Key highlights from the presentations:
- Ecological construction: Use of modular prefabricated technologies, shortening construction time and reducing environmental impact.
- Connection with nature: Creating green zones and integrating natural elements into buildings.
- Maximum use of natural lighting and ventilation: Providing a healthy and comfortable environment for work and learning.
- Innovative architectural solutions: Open spaces, universal accessibility and adaptability to the needs of users.
The participation of Arrogant Architects in the Building Innovation Forum demonstrates the studio's commitment to creating sustainable, ecological and innovative architecture that meets contemporary needs and challenges.
