New “Linea Pack” Production Plant

The innovative design solution envisions the implementation of a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure, ensuring speed and efficiency in the construction processes. To optimize investment management, the construction is planned in two phases.

The first phase will involve the construction of the main production and warehouse area. The spacious premises, with an impressive clear height of 10 meters, are designed to accommodate large-scale machinery and equipment necessary for the production process.

The second phase of the project aims to create additional infrastructure that will enhance the working environment and provide convenience for employees and visitors. The construction of a multi-story parking garage is planned to address parking needs. On the roof of the parking garage, a multi-functional space will be located, including a modern canteen, meeting rooms, and a sports zone where employees can relax and exercise.
