A modular floating marina design for Calanque de Sormiou overcomes environmental and logistical challenges through sustainable technologies, innovative structures, and respect for the marine ecosystem. It promotes modular construction for future expansion and circularity. Responsible material selection and technologies such as solar panels, green hydrogen,and desalination systems ensure minimal carbon footprint. The design includes artificial reefs for marine life and helix anchors to protect seagrass. The marina features a “social net” central space for community interaction.
