Kandinski Residence

A challenging project, given the central location and the intricate design of the floor layouts, with a lot of small intrusions and facade plane changes. Add to that the imperfections in the execution of the concrete slabs and you face a big challenge getting the design to blend in to the existing load bearing structure.

The facade design creates an extensive dynamical vertical image with large panoramic french windows, allowing full view of the adjacent seaside.

Limestone, aluminum, LED lighting and reflective glazing are used.
