Wellis Showroom

This showroom, situated on a busy ring road, breaks the mold with its provocative design. As architects, we aimed to create a building that would capture attention and draw customers in. The narrow plot presented a challenge, but we turned it into an opportunity by using the side facade to pique curiosity with corrugated metal and openwork blinds.

The result is a building that is both eye-catching and energy-efficient, thanks to natural ventilation and thoughtful design. The interior is minimalist, allowing the luxurious SPA products to take center stage. But the building offers more than just a shopping experience. With its connection to nature and stunning views of Vitosha and Sofia, it's a place to escape the hectic pace of life and embrace the wellness philosophy.

This project was a true collaboration with the investor, and our shared vision resulted in an award-winning design. We are proud to have created a space that not only showcases high-quality SPA products but also invites visitors to pause, reflect, and connect with the surrounding beauty.
