Learning Among the Trees and Restoring Trust
The Manifesto Context Transformation is not about maintenance; it is about evolution. At 104th Primary School, we moved “Beyond the Gates” to challenge the limitations of the traditional schoolyard. We believe that architecture must be a tool for ambition, using modern geometry to inspire the next generation.
The Architectural Intervention We viewed this project as an opportunity to re-engineer the urban DNA of the district. We integrated a bold new academic wing and a high-performance sports hall into a fluid, forest-like landscape. We bypassed the “school as a fortress” concept, replacing asphalt with a “Forest Laboratory” where nature and modern technology converge.
The Human Impact By creating a high-energy urban hub, we have proven that architecture can foster community connection. The 104th Primary School is now a blueprint for the 21st-century city—a place where students are encouraged to learn through direct contact with a living, breathing green ecosystem.
